Meeting rooms are available for use Monday -  Thursday evenings. The meeting rooms are located in the Lower Level of the Administration Building located at 1150 S Canton Center Rd.

Please review the Meeting Rooms Guidelines before you schedule a meeting room.  Please review the instructions for Online Meeting Room Reservations.

Shown below is the calendar for all Meeting Rooms in the Administration Building.  To view a specific Meeting Room Calendar, choose the Select Sub-facilities button and choose the Meeting Room.

All rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Once your reservation has been approved, please keep the confirmation email for your records and bring to the meeting for check-in.
