The Summit on the Park Needs To Hear From You!

Canton Leisure Services is currently seeking input to determine the “best use” of the Summit on the Park’s interior space as part of a Feasibility Study and Site Analysis of this popular community recreation center.

A Public Forum will be held on Tuesday, November 19^th from 5:30-7:00 p.m. at the Summit on the Park Banquet Center, located at 46000 Summit Parkway in Canton, MI 48188. Canton residents, Summit on the Park Members, and other interested parties are encouraged to attend.

GreenPlay, LLC, a nationally-known parks and recreation management consulting firm, has been hired to oversee this project. The goal of this study is to determine if space enhancements or rep-urposing is needed. Your input will be used to determine the best use of the Summit of the Park’s interior space, as well as to identify opportunities for the expansion of services that will be used to develop conceptual floor plan design options.

The Canton community is encouraged to participate in this unique opportunity to help determine if space enhancements, re-purposing, or expansion of services is necessary to meet the changing needs of our community. We hope that you will be able to join us and participate in shaping future services at the Summit on the Park.
