Stay Fit, Stay Home, Stay Virtual! In accordance with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, The Summit on the Park has moved many of our group fitness offerings virtual via Zoom. Stay healthy and we will keep you moving with classes like: Total Body, Zumba, BEST, Yoga and more. Registration and a valid Summit membership is required for class. If you do not have a Summit membership, but would like to attend our virtual classes, you may purchase our Stay Fit, Stay Home, Stay Virtual membership package! Gain access to all of our classes for just $20 for Canton Residents or $25 for non-residents.

Virtual Fitness Classes
Virtual fitness begins Wednesday, November 18. Classes will be open to Summit on the Park members only or Stay Fit, Stay Home, Stay Virtual packages.
- A current Summit Membership OR a Stay Fit, Stay Home, Stay Virtual package is required (HTML)

Membership Required
Virtual fitness classes are limited to Summit on the Park Members and Stay Fit, Stay Home, Stay Virtual package holders. To reactivate your membership please visit the Summit on the Park front desk or email summitmemberservices@canton-mi.org. Once your membership is activated, you will be able to register online for virtual fitness classes that are currently open.

Personal Training Services
The Summit on the Park offers a variety of Personal Training Services to meet the needs of all individuals and groups. Certified Personal Trainers and Wellness Coaches are available throughout the day to provide tips on improving your overall health, strength, nutrition, and training programs. Services available include:

JUST GET OUTDOORS & GO... WALKING!
Looking for a way to incorporate exercise into your busy schedule? Why not check out one of these scenic and motivational walking paths and jogging areas in Canton. Find an accessible walking path in your neighborhood and get outdoors. Walking is an easy, inexpensive way to help lower your risk of heart disease and stroke, reduce the effects of stress, and lose weight.
EQUIPMENT RENTAL
Do you want to take virtual classes, but don't have equipment at home? Visit the Summit on the Park Front Desk to rent equipment for the duration of the virtual fitness session!
Equipment available includes: Dumbbells (2-20lbs), Resistance Bands, BOSU Balls, Kettlebells, Aerobic Steps, Body Bars, Stability Balls, and Drum Sticks for Cardio Drumming!
Equipment must be returned within 5 business days after the last class of the virtual fitness session. A valid credit card must be placed on file to participate in this program. Equipment is free to rent. If equipment is not returned or returned damaged, a $50 fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
All Canton Leisure Services programs, classes, events, and services are included in the bi-annual Discover program brochure. Leisure Services has temporarily suspended publishing the Discover Brochure, due to the COVID-19 environment. Watch for the next edition in mid-2021. For now, please find all our offerings online, which are available for all ages and interests.

Forms, Marketing and Communication
If you would like forms, marketing and communication pieces, and handbooks made available to you in an alternative format (email, large print, audible, braille, or other), please contact the Recreation Supervisor at 734/394-5460 or by email.
Inclement Weather Policy
If Plymouth-Canton Community Schools cancel class due to inclement weather, then all classes taking place at the Summit on the Park will be cancelled prior to 4 p.m. For evening classes, a decision will be made by 2 p.m. Schedule changes will be posted on the Summit on the Park page and throughout the facility.
